This privacy notice applies to the wound.professional@smith-nephew.com website only (the “website” or “site”). By clicking “I accept’ button at the time of registration or by using this website, you agree to the terms of this privacy notice. If you submit information to this site you consent to the collection, storage, processing, use, disclosure and transfer of that information in accordance with this privacy policy. You acknowledge that you are providing your personal information voluntarily. We may collect the following personal information about you:
  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site wound.professional@smith-nephew.com. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site (eg. name, email address and physical address) and while using our site (e.g., preferences, time, frequency, duration and pattern of use, features used).  Please note that any information you provide while placing an order for any products displayed on our site (e.g., financial details including banking information and credit/debit card information) will be collected, processed and used by a third party seller, who will process, track and complete your order.  This third party may transfer you or your information to a third party payment processing service to facilitate the sale.  We are not responsible for and assume no liability for any information you may provide to these third parties and have no control over the use, processing, or storage of your information if you choose to engage with these third parties.  We recommend that you read the Privacy Policy of any websites you are directed to or discuss any privacy concerns you may have with any third parties with whom you engage.

Note that it may take up to 4 weeks to process your opt out request during which time you may continue to receive communications from us.

You may request details of all personal information which we hold about you. A small fee may be payable.
We want to make sure that the information we hold is accurate and up-to-date. You may ask us to correct or remove information that you think is inaccurate for which no fee is applicable.
